Jen joined Five Oaks Academy in 2004. She is pursuing her Bachelor of Arts degree in Special Education (Elementary & Middle School) from Western Governors University. She is AMS certified in Primary Education and was trained in Lower Elementary Education at the Montessori Teacher Training Institute (MTTI) in Clemson, South Carolina, through NCME. Jen is also certified in the Wilson Reading System’s Applied Methods and Word Study. Her Montessori affiliations include National Council of Montessori Educators (NCME), American Montessori Society (AMS), South Carolina Montessori Alliance (SCMA), Wilson Academy, and Brain Gym 101.
