Five Oaks Academy offers a range of
programs to suit most schedules. For more information regarding
enrollment, please contact the school.
Primary Morning
This program is for children ages three and four. Class starts
at 8:30 and runs until 11:45. Class instruction is tailored to the
skill level of each child and includes all the subjects in our curriculum.
Primary Kindergarten
This program is for children ages four and five. Class starts
at 8:30 and runs until 2:45. Class instruction is tailored to the
skill level of each child and includes all the subjects in our curriculum.
Children begin this extended program with a teacher's approval.
The full kindergarten class builds on the morning program and includes
more extensive lessons.
Lower Elementary Program
This program is for children ages six to nine (grades 1 –
3). Class begins at 8:30am and ends at 2:45pm. Class instruction
is tailored to the skill level of each child and includes all the
subjects in our curriculum.
Upper Elementary Program
This program is for children ages nine to twelve (grades 4 –
6). Class starts at 8:30 and runs until 2:45. Class instruction
is tailored to the skill level of each child and includes all the
subjects in our curriculum.
Middle School Program
(Begins 2008-09) This program is for children ages twelve
to fifteen (grades
7 - 8). Class starts at 8:30 and runs until 2:45. Class instruction
is tailored to the skill level of each child and includes all the
subjects in our curriculum.
After-School Program
Five Oaks Academy currently offers
after-school programs for all ages K-8th grade from 3:00pm - 5:00pm
(Mon-Thurs.).
These classes are not included in the cost of tuition and each
program has its own individual cost.
Tutoring
The staff at Five Oaks Academy will work with each parent and child to
find a qualified instructor for any student with special needs.
Tuition Notes:
Scholarship Information: Candidates who meet academic requirements
and financial requirements will be considered for financial assistance.
A letter of reference from previous teacher and a scholarship application
must be completed to be eligible for scholarship.

students to be confidential information available to a child’s
parents or guardian upon request. Records will be released to other
schools upon signed agreement from a parent or guardian and only
after accounts are paid in full.
