Artisan Series (Adult Education Class)- Writing and Poetry with Anna Katherine Freeland

You won’t want to miss the first event in the Artisan Series.  Come join Five Oaks Academy’s very own, and very talented, Anna Katherine Freeland as she tells about her experience teaching an advanced creative writing workshop to inmates from Perry Correctional Institution. This ultimately led to her editing and publishing the book Didn’t See it Coming, a collection of stories written by these inmates. Readings from her book will be featured at this event.
