Annual Community Celebration
Join students and faculty to celebrate the advent of fall in this school-wide festival.
Friday, September 28 from 9am – 12pm.
Please drop your child off at regular time (before 8:25AM) and then park across the street. Ms. April will be running the golf cart back and forth from the parking area so please use her services if needed. If you have a toddler or an elderly person in your car you may park on campus. Mrs Jill will be helping with parking so if you have any questions, she will be able to assist. There will also be a police officer on duty to direct traffic. After you drop off your child and park, you may set up on the field for the Fall Festival performance. Please bring portable chairs to sit in during the performance. You may also want to bring sunscreen as we will be outside all day. There will be coffee and Great Harvest Bread set up in the morning to munch on when you arrive.
Upper Elementary will be having a hotdog sale for lunch. The cost is $5 for 1 hot dog, chips and water and $7 for 2 hotdogs, chips and a water. One dollar of every sale goes to Amman Imman Wells of Love charity.
The Middle School is collecting items to donate to Harvest Hope through Friday. An email was sent out from the Middle School that listed some ideas of items you could donate. Please help them in their mission to help those less fortunate than ourselves.
The school will close after the festival at 12:00. There will be no after-school program on Friday.
Special Note: Parents should escort their child to and from all activities. Children cannot be left unattended. If you are unable to attend, please notify your child’s teacher so that an adult may be assigned to watch your child during the festival.
