Briana joined Five Oaks Academy in 2024 and serves as a Primary Directress in the Primary 2 classroom. She attended Southern Wesleyan University Central where she earned her Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education. She worked as an early learning educator for seven years prior to joining Five Oaks Academy. Briana recently completed her Montessori education training at the North American Montessori Center (NAMC). “I am looking forward to fine-tuning my learning, understanding, and teaching strategies using the Montessori curriculum and materials. I think of myself as a life-long learner and enjoy learning new strategies and information every day to help me perfect my craft. Every school year, I look forward to building supportive, loving, and encouraging relationships with my students and their families.” Briana is affiliated with the South Carolina Montessori Alliance (SCMA).
