Bethany joined Five Oaks Academy in 2019 and currently serves as lead directress and Spanish directress in the Pre-Primary program and a Lunch and Learn directress. She began her time at Five Oaks as an assistant to the Spanish program, aiding Upper Elementary students, and teaching the Pre-Primary Spanish lessons. She has worked with children since 2015 in church nursery, day care and public-school settings. In 2022 she earned her certificate from CGMS (the Center of Guided Montessori studies), and she is associated with the IMC (the International Montessori Council.) In 2014 she earned a certificate from Amauta school of Spanish in Cuzco Peru. Bethany loves working with children and feels that it has always been her calling to work with youth.
