Caroline brings a nurturing and strong academic background to our Montessori community. With a degree in Psychology and a Minor in Youth and Development from Clemson University, she integrates developmental understanding with hands-on learning. She also brings valuable experience as an early interventionist with Ahead Start, where she supported children in building foundational skills during their most formative years.

Driven by a belief that each child is an individual unfolding at their own pace, Caroline is passionate about fostering independence, curiosity, and a lifelong love of learning.

Outside the classroom, she enjoys baking, traveling, nature walks, and playing pickleball.
